The Seeds of Change Method


People work with me, ultimately, because they are looking to create a positive change in their lives. I have created The Seeds of Change Method to explain exactly what I believe contributes to a successful coaching collaboration and leads to the kind of results that last.



THE FOUNDATION

Because of my previous career as a psychologist, I believe creating a firm foundation of trust and safety is the necessary starting point for your journey. You can expect me to focus on building a Connection with you. I will be Curious about you, your life, your goals and aspirations. You can expect me to genuinely Care about you and supporting you to create change in your life.


THE THRESHOLD

From this foundation, you will feel ready to step into your Courage to take the first steps towards change.


THE ONGOING CYCLE

As a personal trainer, I will provide you with the tools you may not yet have to support Course Correction - the movements, new behaviours and strategies that will help you to make progress towards your goals. And as you start to enact those new behaviours, your Confidence will naturally begin to grow.

 

Being human, however, you will naturally not always be consistent with what you set out to do and you may feel disheartened. I encourage a Compassionate approach when this happens, that makes it easier to find Course Correction and your path towards change again.

--- Regardless of the Change you want to create in your life, as your personal trainer, this is the pathway I will guide you towards to achieve it. It is a repeatable pathway I have developed based upon my own professional and personal experiences supporting (and being supported) to make lasting change with my health, fitness, and wellbeing.
