Every woman who works with me is building the same thing. An evidence bank. A growing collection of proof that she can do hard things. That she shows up. That she is stronger than she thought. Over time, that evidence doesn't just change her body. It changes what she believes is possible.
The journey unfolds in three phases, each one building on the last.
Here's exactly how it works.

This is where it starts. You learn to move well, build consistency, and make your first deposits in the evidence bank. We also lay the groundwork for the things that make midlife strength possible: sleep, stress management, and good nutrition.
Many women arrive focused on getting stronger or perhaps hoping to lose some body fat, and that's exactly where we begin. But something else happens too.
A few weeks in, most women find themselves pleasantly surprised. Not just by what their body can do, but by what new actions they're willing to try.


Phase 2: Reach Further
Your body is stronger, your habits are taking root, and you start reaching towards life in new ways.
Joining a run club. Trying a yoga class. Signing up for social tennis matches at your local club. Slightly bigger goals start to feel within reach.
This phase is about consolidating what you've built and stretching, without overwhelm, towards what's next.

Phase 3: Back Yourself
You've built a solid evidence bank. Now it's time to go after something that requires you to back yourself.
Your challenge, your mountain.
You decide what the challenge will be. Whether that's a 10km, a hiking event, or something else entirely, it just has to feel big for you.

About Getting Started
How do I sign up? You can sign up directly via the link on this page. If you'd prefer to ask questions first, you're welcome to get in touch by email or phone and we can have a chat before you commit.
Is there a health screening process? Yes. Once you've signed up and have access to Everfit (the app I use to deliver your programme and we'll use to communicate), you'll complete a PAR-Q form and medical questionnaire through the app before we begin. This ensures your programme is safe and appropriate for you.
What equipment do I need? You'll start with resistance bands, which are inexpensive and easy to use at home. As you progress through the programme, dumbbells will be introduced. We'll discuss what you have during once you get started.
About the Programme
What is the Strong Foundations programme?
It's a 6-week online strength training programme designed specifically for women in midlife. Delivered through the Everfit app, it includes progressive workouts, educational content on sleep, stress management, and nutrition delivered regularly over the six weeks, and as well as weekly check-ins to keep you on track.
Do I need to be fit or strong already?
Not at all. Foundations is designed for women who are beginning, or beginning again, their strength training journey. We start exactly where you are.
What if I'm worried about getting injured?
Your safety is my top priority. We complete a health screening before you begin, I teach proper form from day one, and we progress at your pace. If you have existing injuries or limitations, we work around them intelligently.
What happens if I miss a session? Life happens. The key is maintaining consistency, and that's what creates results. If you need to take a break due to illness or travel, just let me know and we'll work it out.

About Midlife & Health Concerns
I'm in perimenopause or menopause. Is this right for me? Absolutely. This life stage is actually when strength training becomes most important. I understand the unique challenges you're facing. The physical changes, the fatigue, the joint pain, the weight gain, the loss of confidence. Our work together addresses all of it.
I have joint pain, back problems, or other physical issues. Can I still do this?
Most likely, yes. Strength training, when done correctly, often helps with these issues rather than making them worse. However, during the health screening process, we'll discuss your specific situation and I'll design a programme that works for your body. If your condition requires medical clearance, I'll let you know.

How much does the programme cost? The 6-week Strong Foundations programme is £99.
Can I pay upfront? Yes. Payment is made in full at the point of sign up.
What if I need to cancel? I understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you need to stop due to injury, illness, or major life events, please get in touch and we'll discuss your situation. My goal is never to trap anyone in something that isn't working.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
Many clients choose to continue with ongoing monthly coaching, building on their foundations and working toward bigger goals. We'll talk about what makes sense for you as you near the end of the programme.
